Crisis Response Worker Licensed Clinician

For a limited time Maine Health is offering asignon bonusofup to $10,000 for all eligible Behavioral Health Clinicians!

Eligible candidates are hired into a Full orPart time position. Bonusamountprorated forPart timehires;per diem hires are ineligible. Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible; former Maine Health Members are ineligible until greater than 3months of separation from employment.

Maine state licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Masters Social Worker
- Clinical Conditional (LMSW-CC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
- Conditional (LCPC-c), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- Conditional (LMFT-c) is required

Summary

The Crisis Response Worker LCSW role has clinical responsibility for clients needing a crisis assessment. This will include conducting crisis assessments and documenting findings, maintaining contact with community resources and providing on site clinical consultation with Crisis Response Workers and hospital based staff.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education:

    Master’s Degree in Social work from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required.
  • License/

    Certifications:

    Maine State licensure to practice as a LCSW or LMSW-CC required. Crisis Service Provider (MHRT/CSP) certification will be provided as part of initial training. Valid Driver’s license required.
  • Experience:

    Two years of relevant experience in a health or mental health setting preferred.

The pay range for this position is $66,123.20to $89,481.60per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
