The Chaplain role provides and coordinates all spiritual care services by providing spiritual care assessment and spiritual/emotional care interventions and support.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Bachelor's or Master's level Degree in Theology, or a Master's Degree in Counseling or Divinity preferred. One unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) may be required. Four units of CPE preferred.
Certifications:
Currently licensed and/or ordained within a recognized faith community required. Board Certification by the APC, NACC, NAJC, CAPPE, or SCA preferred. Valid Driver's License required.
Relevant experience in the provision of professional ministry or chaplaincy required. Experience working with patients/families dealing with life-threatening illness and death required.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.
The pay range for this position is $27.27 to $36.88 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
