The Biddeford, Dayton, and Saco School Departments, along with the Southern Maine Administrative Collaborative, are seeking a Human Resource Specialist with a focus on Personnel Operations to join our Human Resources team.
This year-round position reports to the Director of Human Resources and supports all aspects of personnel operations, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee records, contracts, licensure tracking, and HR compliance. Salary range is $40,000–$60,000.
