Desktop Support Technician

Alexander Technology Group is partnering with a Bank looking to hire a Tier II Technician to join their growing team. This is a contract-to-hire position that will require being on-site 3 days a week.

No C2C or 3rd Party candidates will be considered.

Provide daily technical support to bank employees both remotely and on-site. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, peripherals, and bank systems—including O365, Windows 11, and Entra —while following security and documentation standards.

• Deliver professional, timely technical support and communicate solutions clearly.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues; manage help desk tickets.
• Support and administer O365, Windows 11 environments, and Entra  access.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain computer systems, applications, and user accounts.
• Maintain documentation, assist with asset inventory, and deploy equipment.
• Train employees and collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and required trainings.

• Associate degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2–4 years of technical support experience, including O365, Windows 11, and Entra ; A+ preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and on a team with flexible hours.
