Full Stack Software Engineer (Active DoD Security Clearance) – Washington, DC (Hybrid: 1–2 days onsite)

• Active US DoD Security Clearance (will not see candidates without this)
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience (flexible for strong junior candidates)
• Proficiency in Python and/or Type Script
• Experience with system design and building scalable applications
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience or exposure to LLMs, NLP, or AI-driven applications

• Experience working in startup or early-stage environments
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Experience building full-stack applications (frontend + backend APIs)
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience working directly with end users or product teams
