The Role:

The MHP Americas Finance Innovation and Optimization Business Field (BF-FIO) Lead is expected to build the S/4

HANA Finance capability in North America and foster its continued growth within our Digital Supply Chain service unit. The BF-FIO Lead requires an entrepreneurial mindset and must have proven experience scaling a consulting practice. This position is responsible for the strategic direction for MHP America’s FIO consulting services and will be required to set actionable objectives for the organization, create a culture of accountability, and take a hands-on leadership approach to execution.

The BF-FIO lead will be required to ensure the quality of our services for our existing client base, cultivate relationships with new customers, develop new business opportunities, and continuously adjust our existing and future offerings according to market demands.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall strategic direction to SAP Finance and Controlling capability
• Deliver to our existing and future clients the SAP FI/CO portfolio which includes, but is not limited to, SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance, Central Finance, Business Planning & Consolidation, and Revenue Accounting & Reporting
• Design and implement innovative solutions for our clients leveraging best practices in business processes and SAP
