At Bidgely, Technical Program Managers sit at the intersection of customer success, engineering, product, and delivery. When a utility asks, “How will this actually work for us?” You’re the person who turns complexity into a clear, executable plan and delivers it.
You’ll own the successful implementation of Bidgely’s platform for utilities across Europe and the Middle East, guiding customers from onboarding through launch while working directly with engineering teams on integrations, architecture, and delivery.

As demand for our platform grows internationally, we need experienced Technical Program Managers who can confidently guide utilities through complex implementations, aligning stakeholders, solving technical challenges, and ensuring customers see real value from the platform.
Your mission over the next 6–12 months is simple:
Deliver successful customer implementations that turn powerful technology into measurable outcomes for utilities.
How You’ll Make an ImpactYou’ll own the delivery and technical implementation of Bidgely’s platform for enterprise utility customers.
In practice, that means you will:
Lead customer implementations end-to-endOwn enterprise deployments from onboarding through launch, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver measurable customer value.
Translate customer needs into technical solutionsWork directly with customer engineering teams to design integrations, define data flows, and implement scalable solutions using Bidgely’s platform.
Drive alignment across teamsCoordinate closely with product, engineering, delivery, and sales teams to move projects forward and resolve challenges quickly.
Turn complexity into clarity for customersServe as the primary point of contact during implementation, helping customers understand the platform and confidently move through deployment.
Identify opportunities beyond launchEnsure customers achieve their goals post-deployment and help uncover opportunities for deeper platform adoption.
What Success Looks Like At 3 monthsYou’re confidently managing customer implementations, running project meetings, and collaborating with engineering teams on integration planning.
You understand Bidgely’s platform architecture and can clearly translate customer requirements into implementation plans.
At 12 monthsYou’ve successfully delivered multiple enterprise deployments across Europe.
Customers view you as a trusted advisor who can navigate technical complexity and keep projects moving.
Your work directly contributes to successful launches, satisfied customers, and expansion opportunities.
