The Senior Physical Security Consultant is a subject‑matter expert responsible for advising clients on the design, implementation, and optimization of physical security strategies, systems, and programs. This role combines technical expertise with strategic consulting, ensuring that client facilities, assets, and people are protected through best‑in‑class physical security solutions. The consultant will lead assessments, develop security master plans, oversee system design and implementation, and serve as a trusted advisor to executives and project stakeholders.

• 8–12+ years of consulting or applied security experience, with demonstrated success on large and complex security projects.
• Deep knowledge of physical security principles, risk management, and resilience frameworks.
• Experience with security system design, integration, and technology platforms.
• Familiarity with architectural, engineering, and construction processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven leadership and client relationship management skills.

• Conduct comprehensive physical security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Develop enterprise‑level security master plans, standards, and guidelines.
• Advise clients on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.
• Provide recommendations to improve resilience, deterrence, and incident response capabilities.
• Lead the design and specification of security technologies, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, perimeter systems, visitor management, and security operations centers.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, cost‑effective, and aligned with organizational needs.
