• Lead assigned software product implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring client expectations are met
• Translate product features and technical requirements into actionable implementation plans tailored to client needs
• Provide technical and project management guidance to department leaders and clients
• Maintain professional and timely communication with stakeholders, managers, and clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Support execution of departmental plans, objectives, and goals
• Participate in diverse software product implementation types and contribute to process improvement initiatives

• 2+ years of experience with software configuration
• 3-5 years of backend revenue cycle management experience
• 3 years of project management experience
• Demonstrated ability to execute software product implementations across all phases of the project lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of SQL and XML, with experience navigating database structures and joins
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment
• Proficiency in project management processes, data analysis, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Preferred: BA/BS degree and healthcare software implementation experience
