Remote
• Contract (90 days) to Full-Time • $27–$35/hr (based on experience)

We’re hiring a(nother) Klaviyo Specialist to join a lean, high-output growth team focused on Shopify brands!

This is not a traditional agency role. We don’t have layers of middle management, endless meetings, or rigid playbooks. We operate fast, stay close to the work, and expect everyone—including leadership—to execute.
If you’re someone who just “builds emails,” this isn’t the role. If you think in terms of revenue systems, retention strategy, and continuous testing, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do
  • Own execution and optimization of Klaviyo accounts across multiple eCommerce brands (we have 3 other specialists already, don't worry)
  • Build and iterate on flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, subscription, winback, etc.)
  • Plan and execute campaigns aligned with product drops, promos, and lifecycle gaps
  • Continuously run split tests (creative, timing, segmentation, offer strategy)
  • Work closely with our growth team on retention strategy tied to AOV, LTV, and conversion
  • Use data to identify leaks and opportunities across the customer journey
  • Collaborate with design (we have a strong internal team—you won’t be designing from scratch)
  • Stay current on Klaviyo + Shopify ecosystem changes and bring new ideas proactively
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong technical fluency in Klaviyo (segmentation, flows, dynamic content, integrations)
  • Deep understanding of how email/SMS drives revenue in Shopify brands
  • Experience with lifecycle strategy—not just sending campaigns
  • Someone who tests constantly and knows how to interpret results
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, async environment
  • Creative thinker who can come up with angles, not just execute briefs
  • Detail-oriented and organized without needing heavy oversight

Bonus: experience with subscriptions (Skio), upsells (Rebuy), or retention-focused stacks
