Grounds & Landscaping Operations Supervisor, Biddeford Campus

The Grounds & Landscaping Operations Supervisor – Biddeford Campus oversees all aspects of campus grounds operations, including landscaping, snow removal, stormwater management, irrigation systems, equipment fleet readiness, and event support. This position manages a team of approximately eight staff and supports the University’s mission by maintaining a safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing campus environment.

The Grounds & Landscaping Operations Supervisor plays a key role in UNE’s sustainability initiatives by promoting environmentally responsible landscaping practices, efficient water use, and stormwater management strategies.

The salary range for this position is $60,000–$65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
