Maine State CU is hiring a Vice President of Risk/Compliance in Farmingdale.
Are you a strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of regulation, innovation, and organizational excellence? Join Maine State CU as our Vice President of Compliance & Risk Management and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our operations, empowering our teams, and strengthening our future.
Your Impact- Lead the Compliance Program – Implement and continuously improve a comprehensive compliance management system
- Own Regulatory Strategy – Drive implementation of new regulations and ensure organizational readiness for change
- Audit & Oversight Leadership – Oversee compliance reviews, ensure accuracy, and present findings to executive leadership and committees
- Risk Advisory Role – Provide insight into new products, marketing, and organizational initiatives to mitigate risk while supporting growth.
- 8–10+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certifications
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks in financial services
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all levels of an organization
$100,000– $125,000 annually depending on experience, education, and skills.
