Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)- Education:
Minimum of an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in related field, if required by department policies. Bachelor’s degree preferred. - License/
Certifications:
Current BCLS required per department policy. Other licenses/certifications specific to department policies and/or government regulations may be required. - Experience:
One to two years' demonstrated leadership competence or equivalent combination of education and experience - Ability to mentor and empower staff; to set the climate on each shift for cooperation and teamwork
- Self-directed and self-motivated with a firm understanding of leadership role
- Effective communicator with the ability to create strong partnerships; serves as a role model through professional behavior and open, direct communication

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.
The pay range for this position is $45,697.60 to $60,902.40 per year.
Compensation for part‑time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full‑time equivalent (FTE).
