Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle — from scoping and planning through implementation, closeout, and handoff
• Build robust project plans with clearly defined work streams, deliverables, milestones, and resource assignments aligned to business objectives and PMO standards
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Conduct assurance reviews and manage project closeout
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans across a complex, matrixed organization
• Lead project meetings and communications
• Prepare and deliver regular status updates, review reports, and presentations tailored to a range of audiences

• 3–6 years of progressive project management experience
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration software (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, laboratory operations, or technology environments a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• PMP or equivalent certification helpful but not required
