Manufacturing Operator Opportunity | 1st Shift

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm

This position supports a specialized manufacturing operation within a team-oriented production environment. The company is seeking a safety-conscious, dependable individual interested in hands-on manufacturing work with opportunities to learn a variety of equipment and processes through on-the-job training.

• Perform production tasks such as needle making and sewing
• Operate automated weaving equipment and looms
• Support carbon fiber processing and manufacturing operations
• Assist with material handling and equipment loading/unloading
• Inspect equipment, materials, and finished products for quality standards
• Record manufacturing and process data accurately
• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and quality procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team support efforts

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and understand job specifications
• Basic math aptitude
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work safely within a manufacturing environment
