GAIL's Bakery in Maine is seeking a Head Baker to lead daily baking operations, train team members and uphold high food-safety and quality standards. You’ll prepare and bake items for displays, ensure recipes are followed, and set the tone for a positive, efficient kitchen environment.
Because openings start early (around 5:30am), you’ll coordinate schedules, mentor staff, and drive consistent results across the bakery to delight customers with fresh bread and cakes.
