Entry Level Production Worker – Aerospace Manufacturing

What You'll Do- Assemble and hand-weave aerospace and defense components
- Follow detailed written and verbal work instructions
- Use basic hand tools and production equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Package and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
- Manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for most of the shift
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work either 1st or 2nd shift as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Biddeford, ME.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
