As a Fabricator, you'll play a vital role in building high-quality components that meet specifications. You'll work closely with skilled technicians and supervisors to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in every project.

What You'll Do As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for:
Performing TIG and MIG welding of stainless steel, aluminum, cold/mild steel, and tubular steel. Completing layout, fitting, welding, and finishing of metal parts according to customer specifications. Operating fabrication equipment such as rolling machines, stud welders, and overhead cranes. Performing inspections, verifying material types, thicknesses, and dimensions throughout production. Ensuring all safety protocols are followed, including equipment checks and workspace cleanliness.

Reading and interpreting blueprints. Measuring and checking parts to maintain tight tolerances and consistent quality. Assisting with other duties as assigned to help achieve our goals. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
High school diploma, trade school certificate, or equivalent. Proven ability to interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job specifications. Understanding of metallurgy, material types, and gauges. Strong math and measuring skills (tape measure, dial caliper, versa gauge, etc.). Ability to layout, fit, weld, and finish with minimal supervision. Certification in welding and overhead crane operation (preferred). Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and commitment to quality workmanship.
