Manufacturing Operator – Competitive Pay & Great Benefits
Pay Rate: $22 per hour
Schedule:
2nd Shift, M-F 3:30p-11:30p
Assignment Length:
Direct Hire
This 2nd shift position pays $22 per hour and is direct‑hire. The client offers exceptional benefits including 16 ETO days, 12 paid holidays, day‑one medical/dental/vision, an 8% 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and a $1000 sign‑on bonus.
Typical Daily Duties- Operate machinery
- Perform repetitive cross motions
- Inspect parts/materials, record process data, and ensure safety and housekeeping standards are met
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read/understand job specifications and perform basic math
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
