Content and Growth Specialist

Job Description

The Content and Growth Specialist supports the Dean of the College of Business (CoB) in advancing growth and visibility through strategic content creation, communication, and collaboration with University of New England (UNE) departments and stakeholders. The role involves identifying, creating, and supporting digital content (web stories, social media, videos, photos, marketing copy), managing the CoB database, and using digital tools (including AI) to support recruitment and enhance reputation.

• Drive content creation through research, industry engagement, and student activities.
• Use modern digital and AI tools for outreach and engagement.
• Develop and manage content for the CoB Dean (videos, websites, social media, publications).
• Produce marketing content for websites and platforms in various formats (editorial, video, photo).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source stories.
• Manage digital channels, including content management system (Drupal).
• Develop and distribute newsletters and vlogs.
• Ensure brand compliance across all digital content.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, English, communications, journalism, marketing, or related field required. Graduate degree preferred.
• Experience:
  
  2+ years in communications, marketing, and/or digital communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills:
  
  Strong understanding of web technologies, CMS, AI tools, social media; excellent written communication; project management; interpersonal skills; attention to detail; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Preferred:
  Degree or training in AI; project management experience.
