Location: Various communities throughout Maine (Travel required)
Compensation: Earn up to $2,000–$3,200 per week
Job Type: Full‑time, Part‑time, PRN, Per Diem

What You’ll Do
Conduct In‑Home Assessments: Perform comprehensive health evaluations including medical history review, physical exam, and chronic‑disease screening.
Patient Education: Teach medication management, disease prevention, and self‑care techniques.
Clinical Documentation: Accurately record diagnoses, vital signs, lab results, and care plans in our secure EHR.
Care Coordination: Communicate findings with primary care providers to close gaps and optimize ongoing treatment.
Flexible Scheduling: Arrange 5–8 patient visits per day at times you choose—no mandated weekends or holidays.
What We’re Looking For
Licensure & Certification: Active Nurse Practitioner license in Maine; board‑certified by ANCC or AANP.
Experience: Minimum 1year of NP clinical experience; geriatric or home‑health background strongly preferred.
Productivity Targets: Ability to complete at least 30 in‑home assessments per month.
Soft Skills: Outstanding communicator, empathetic listener, and self‑motivated problem‑solver.
Logistics: Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and comfort navigating varied home environments.
What You’ll Earn & Enjoy
Weekly Pay: Base rate of $80 per completed assessment (5–8 visits/day → $2,000–$3,200+ per week).
Mileage Reimbursement: Standard IRS rate for all travel between patient homes.
Impact: Directly improve patient outcomes while building long‑term community relationships.
