This is a Registered Nurse II vacancy open to candidates with greater than 1 year of RN work experience. Per Diem/As Needed.
Current or Prior OB Experience Required.
The Registered Nurse - Family Birth Center role is responsible for the management of patient care, including clinical nursing practice/caring, leadership, management, professionalism, and growth/development, as well as the independent assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
ResponsibilitiesManage patient care in the Family Birth Center setting, including clinical nursing practice, patient care planning, implementation, and evaluation. Demonstrate professionalism, leadership, and ongoing growth and development aligned with department guidelines.
Qualifications / KSAs- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.

Certifications:
Current applicable state license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. ICU, SCU, ED and PACU RNs require ACLS and PALS within one year of start date or per Department guidelines. OB, NICU RNs require NRP within one year or per guidelines. Positions that are fully remote will not require BLS. - Experience: One year of RN experience required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Registered Nurse - Acute Care role.
- Other: Annual Electronic Fetal Monitoring competency for any RN assisting Laboring Women required.
