Maine Health is offering sign‑on bonuses for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). 0‑1 years of experience is eligible for up to $2,500 (full time). 1+ years of experience eligible for up to $4,000 (full time). Eligible candidates are hired into a Full or Part time ANA/CNA position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires; per diem hires are ineligible. Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible;

former Maine Health Members  are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Med Surg 4 (MS4) is a fast‑paced 40 bed / 32 telemetry Adult Medical Surgical unit at Southern Maine Health Care in Biddeford, Maine. The healthcare team provides care to adult complex patient populations from a wide variety of medical‑surgical services with a concentration of post‑cardiac procedure patients.

The Certified Nursing Assistant - Acute Care role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.

  Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
