Med Surg 3 (MS3) is a fast‑paced 56 bed Adult Medical Surgical Telemetry unit at Southern Maine Health Care in Biddeford, Maine. The healthcare team provides care to adult complex patient populations from a wide variety of medical‑surgical services including Pulmonary, Renal, Infectious Disease, GI, Cardiac, Hematology/Oncology, and Orthopedics.

The Certified Nursing Assistant – Acute Care role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse and performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.

0‑1 years of experience is eligible for up to $2,500 (full time)

1+ years of experience eligible for up to $4,000 (full time)

Eligible candidates are hired into a full or part time ANA/CNA position; bonus amount prorated for part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible. Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible; former Maine Health Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
