Clinical RN Supervisor

Maine Health Neurology – Biddeford is seeking a Clinical RN Supervisor to join our close-knit and collaborative practice. This is a unique opportunity to bring your clinical expertise, leadership skills, and ideas to a small but growing neurology team where your voice truly matters. Working alongside an experienced Clinical Manager, you’ll have the support and mentorship to help shape workflows, strengthen nursing practice, and enhance the patient experience.

Summary

The Supervisor – Clinical RN role is responsible for supervising assigned staff within the assigned work areas(s).

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education:

    Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred.
  • License/

    Certifications:

    Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure to practice in Maine. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • Experience:

    Two years of RN experience required. Experience in area of specialty may be required. Supervisory experience preferred.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.

    The pay range for this position is $89,980.80 to $ per year. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
