For a limited time, Maine Health is offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible Registered Nurses with up to 2 years of RN experience and a $20,000 sign-on bonus for eligible Registered Nurses with more than 2 years of RN experience!
Bonus eligibility applies to candidates hired into a full- or part-time RN position. Bonus amounts are prorated for part-time hires. Per diem positions are not eligible. Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible, and former Maine Health members must be separated from employment for more than 6 months to be eligible.

- Biddeford is seeking a Clinical RN Supervisor to join our close-knit and collaborative practice.
This is a unique opportunity to bring your clinical expertise, leadership skills, and ideas to a small but growing neurology team where your voice truly matters. Working alongside an experienced Clinical Manager, you'll have the support and mentorship to help shape workflows, strengthen nursing practice, and enhance the patient experience.
As our practice continues to grow and expand its nursing team, you'll play an important role in mentoring staff, supporting day-to-day clinical operations, strengthening team collaboration, and identifying opportunities for meaningful process improvements.

The Supervisor
- Clinical RN role is responsible for supervising assigned staff within the assigned work areas(s).
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred.
Certifications:
Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure to practice in Maine. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
Two years of RN experience required. Experience in area of specialty may be required. Supervisory experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $89,980.80to $per year.
Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
