Alternative Wellness Services (AWS) is seeking an Office-Based BHH Nurse Care Manager (RN or LPN) in Maine. Choose from part-time or full-time (20–40 hours/week) with standard weekday hours, and enjoy zero nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.
You will coordinate whole-person care with a multidisciplinary team, advocate for clients, mentor staff, and support safe transitions from hospital or ER to home with proper medication reconciliation.
