Description:

Assistant Director of Nursing Full Time Southridge Rehab & Living Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team.

• Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily operations of the nursing department
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff
• Monitor resident care and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist with staff supervision, scheduling, education, and performance management
• Participate in care planning and quality assurance activities
• Support the development and implementation of effective nursing practices
• Respond to resident and family concerns and promote positive relationships

• Qualified applicant will be organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must hold current RN/LPN license in the State of Maine with a minimum two years management/leadership experience.
• Long term and Acute/Rehab experience is preferred.

Starting pay $35-$42.66/hr LPN * $40-$48.76/hr RN (based on experience)
