A conservation organization is seeking Crew Members (ages 15-18) for hands-on summer projects focused on environmental conservation at locations in Wells and Biddeford, Maine. Successful candidates will gain valuable skills while working outdoors on projects such as creating nature play elements and pollinator gardens. Commitment to teamwork, safety, and a positive learning attitude is essential. The position pays $16 per hour for a total of 24 hours weekly, from June 23 to August 14, 2026.
