Biddeford Animal Hospital has been independently owned since we opened our doors in 1986, and we intend to stay that way. That means decisions get made by veterinarians, not private equity. It means you have a real voice in how we practice medicine. And it means when the practice does well, the people who built that success share in it.

We're growing, and we're looking for a veterinarian who wants to grow with us, not just fill a shift.

We are a full-service small animal practice with serious capabilities: traditional medicine and surgery, abdominal and cardiac ultrasound with telehealth specialist support, acupuncture, and exotic animal care. We invest in our medicine and we invest in our people. We enjoy forming bonds with our clients, some of whom have been trusting us with their pets' care for nearly 40 years.

The hospital is located near the Maine Turnpike's Biddeford exit, making commuting from surrounding areas straight forward. The city of Biddeford is growing fast, close to the coast, and has a thriving food and arts scene. Portland is an easy drive away. Outdoor recreation is exceptional. And the cost of living is still reasonable for the region, which matters when you're thinking about quality of life, not just salary.

This is ideally a full-time role, but we're open to part-time for the right person.
