Kitchen Expeditor (Position Summary)To organize and properly prepare trays of food from the kitchen service line for server staff in the Oxford Grill area.
Job Responsibilities- Interpret food orders coming through the kitchen printer from the dining room
- Organize orders for service
- Prepare food trays from completed kitchen line items and organize it on trays for service staff to serve
- Prepare and serve appropriate side sauces with kitchen items
- Keep station and kitchen service area neat and organized
- Keep beverage service and food service trays neat, clean, and organized
- Maintain strict quality control on all food being served
- Food is at proper temperature
- Food is well presented
- Proper accompaniments are in place with meals
- Maintain server drop‑off and pick‑up areas of the kitchen to ensure they are clean and functional. These areas include:
- Wine/beer service areas
- Dishwasher station
- Expo Station
- Server Salad Station
- Able to stand for long periods of time (4–6 hours)
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to be organized and calm in a stressful environment
- Physical demands: exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects; includes reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting

Busperson (Position Summary)Responsible for ensuring the overall effectiveness of guest service in the food outlet by providing an adequate supply of clean tables and beverage service, giving direction to guests or attendees as needed, and showing dignity, kindness and respect to guests and team members.
Essential Job Functions- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Show great teamwork with all
- Assist in the delivery and dispensing of items ordered by guests (beverages and food)
- Use equipment such as coffee makers, iced‑tea makers, and soda, juice, and milk dispensers
- Act as a role model for the company and respond to questions positively
- Ensure all items are correct, checking repeatedly in the food outlet(s)
- Work with communication devices such as telephones, bulletin boards, and pagers
- Speak with guests to maintain great guest relations and provide opportunities for loyalty
- Push carts of dishes approximately 100 feet; stock plates, glasses, cups, and needed products
- Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information
- Maintain awareness of applicable laws and operate within guidelines
- Demonstrated record of successful interpersonal skills when working with diverse people and authority levels
- Ability to multi‑task
- Service and refill beverages and food orders for guests
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication
- Position requires sufficient experience, education, and job knowledge to meet current business needs
Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects; requires prolonged standing and walking with mobility, bending and reaching from a level height to 6 feet, ability to lift, push, pull, and carry with no hindrance; normal hearing, vision, hand/eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
