Retail Service Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of customer service programs;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers and DC add orders in a timely manner and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed;
Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure, utilizing electronic outside purchase order ledger;
Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and stage returned merchandise;
Invoicing of merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store;
Communicate Zipline messages, delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks;
Ensure adherence to posted work schedule and proper clock-in/out procedures;
Perform store opening/closing duties, day end procedures, secure money/deposits, prepare bank deposits, ensure night security lights are on, lock doors, arm/disarm alarms, and secure delivery vehicles;
All other duties as assigned
