Compensation

• Hourly rate: $17 - $30 per hour (adjusted to meet local minimum wage).
• Actual hourly rate equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. The role requires lifting heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds, and operating heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
