Parkhurst Dining - 11 Hills Beach Road - Responsibilities:
Record all waste and keep stand, counter, and floor clean; maintain quality appearance of work area;
Acquaint guests with items for sale and use suggestive selling techniques;
Participate in stand setup, arrange inventory, and notify Stand Lead of shortages;
Perform clean-up duties and clean equipment to maintain stand appearance;
Process transactions via point of sale system and handle cash payments; balance cash at end of shift
