About the jobYou will be given 10‑12 very warm leads every day. When I say warm, these are individuals who are ready to book a cruise. They just need your knowledge and expertise in travel planning, customer service, and sales to deliver the cruise of their dreams. You will guide them through booking cruise‑focused travel packages, including flights, accommodation, and on‑shore activities. After your Cruise Unique training, you’ll be able to offer expert advice on cruise destinations, itineraries, and local excursions.
You need to come from a travel sales background, ideally in cruise, as you’ll be up to date on the latest cruise industry trends, promotions, and new ship offerings. Based on your previous experience, you’ll be able to build strong relationships with your clients that ideally lead to repeat bookings.
Unlike starting from zero as an independent contractor, you’ll have the comfort of a starting point of a $30,000 salary, and Cruise Unique will match your 401(k). You will also receive a monthly stipend of $250, which you can put toward benefits such as health insurance. There is no cold calling; you’re given your leads, and all you need to do is use your knowledge and fantastic customer service and sales skills to create that trip of a lifetime.
The most you can earn is up to $150,000 a year.
9 am – 6 pm EST, 5 days per week, including one weekend day. You’ll be dealing with clients from throughout the US. Complete onboarding will be given on the Cruise Unique systems and products, so you can start earning your commission as quickly as possible.
