Job OverviewAs a Client Partner, Enterprise Sales, you will create tailored sales strategies, build long‑term relationships with key decision makers, and generate and close new sales opportunities within an assigned account base. You will manage complex contract negotiations, close large high‑value deals, and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
Job Responsibilities- Develop sales strategies tailored to each Enterprise client and accelerate execution with cross‑functional partners.
- Curate long‑term relationships with key decision makers and influencers, including C‑level executives.
- Generate and close new sales opportunities within the assigned account base, including existing and new clients.
- Lead a differentiated experience that encourages client growth.
- Position T‑Mobile product capabilities to support clients' business goals.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and close large, high‑value deals with enterprise clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and provide forecasts and performance reports.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR equivalent education and experience (Required).
- Preferred areas of study:
Business Administration, Management, or related field. - 5+ years of experience selling into Enterprise clients (3,000+ employees).
- 7+ years of business sales experience with a track record of acquisition sales, opportunity creation, and closure within an enterprise customer base; 5 years of experience in technology, software, or telecom strategic solution sales preferred.
- Fortune 1000 experience required.
- Minimum age of 18 years and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $169,500 – $305,800, inclusive of target incentives.
Base Pay Range: $101,700 – $183,480. Actual pay depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
