Account Executive | Remote | High-Energy Fintech SaaS Sales
Fast-growing SaaS company on a mission to revolutionize cloud-based financial reporting. Top Notch cutting-edge platform empowers businesses with real-time insights and simplified reporting, and now looking for a high-energy, high-volume Account Executive to join our fully remote team.
This isn’t your typical slow-cycle sales role. We thrive in a fast-paced, transactional environment where cheerful persistence and hustle win the day. If you’re someone who lives for the thrill of the close, loves being on the phone, and can drive urgency with charisma and confidence — this is your next great opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for the Agency segment, from outbound prospecting to close
- Conduct 15–20 min discovery + demo calls (often in the same call!)
- Consistently generate 40 new opportunities per month through outbound efforts
- Make 50+ dials per day and bring energy to every conversation
- Hit a monthly MRR quota of $3,472 (average deal size is ~$500 MRR)
- Collaborate with SDRs who deliver 1–3 qualified leads daily
- Use Hub Spot to manage pipeline, follow-up, and track progress
- Seamlessly transition clients to the Customer Implementation Team once deals close
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ year of experience as an AE in fintech SaaS or similar fast-paced, transactional sales environments
- Proven ability to thrive in high-volume sales (think dozens of calls, tight follow-ups, short cycles)
- Someone who can qualify, pitch, and close in a single call when needed
- A natural communicator upbeat, resilient, engaging, and quick on your feet
- Startup-ready: resourceful, adaptable, and excited to roll up your sleeves
- Bonus:
You’ve sold to SMBs, agencies, or similar small business audiences - Base Salary: $60K–$75K, depending on experience
- OTE: $100K–$150K (top AEs are closing 20+ deals/month!)
