The City of Biddeford is seeking dynamic, motivated individuals to join our award-winning Public Works Department as a full-time Auto Body Technician and/or Mechanic. As part of one of Maine’s youngest and fastest-growing communities, you’ll play a key role in supporting Biddeford’s continued economic revival.

- Valid driver’s license

- State of Maine CDL
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus)
- Current State of Maine inspection license (cars, trucks, school buses) or ability to obtain
- Proven experience as a Body Technician or similar role
- Welding, sanding, grinding, painting, and repair skills
- Diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and independent work ethic
- Experience with gasoline and diesel engines, Commercial dump trucks and construction equipment
