CAMFS also services customers utilizing its 20+ nationwide service centers;
each offering accident repair, painting, refurbishment, and heavy mechanical repair. We are supported by a 24/7 in-house call center and provide scheduled maintenance services and unscheduled services to fleets anywhere, anytime.
- Attend four (4) weeks of full-time paid classroom training at our Academy Campus.
- Travel to and work at our Academy Campus with all travel expenses, hotel accommodation, and a weekly stipend covered by the company.
- After initial training, receive hands‑on training with a Lead Technician in your market and be offered a full‑time job with us.
- Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs on customer vehicles at their locations, avoiding emergency roadside repairs.
- Maintain assigned state‑of‑the‑art mobile vehicle and all required tools.
- Participate in periodic classroom study to further develop skills throughout the multi‑year program.
- Desire to start a career as a Diesel & Trailer Technician and become a Mobile Mechanic.
- Willingness and ability to study hard and dedicate four (4) weeks away from home.
- Maturity level to focus on the task at hand; not a summer camp but the start of a career path.
- Technical aptitude and passion for fixing vehicles.
- Ability to operate an iPad.
- High‑School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Able to pass DOT‑regulated pre‑employment background screening and DOT physical; must be at least 21 years old.
- Must hold a valid state‑of‑residence driver’s license and maintain a Driver Qualification File; 3‑year MVR review required.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance starting Day One.
