** to support the assembly, troubleshooting, and installation of custom automated systems in a clean,  
** air‑conditioned metal fabrication environment** . This position offers

** working with

** Typical daily duties:*
* - Assemble, repair, and maintain custom automation and robotic systems

- Perform automation setup, startup, debugging, and routine diagnostics

- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues

- Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and bills of materials

- Assist with documentation, quality standards, and customer training

- Support field service and machine installations after training period

* What we're looking for:

*
* - High school diploma required;
Automation Technology or Mechatronics degree preferred

- Electrical wiring, crimping, cable assembly, and mechanical/electrical assembly experience

- Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motor drives, vision systems, and pneumatics

- Ability to read mechanical and electrical blueprints and perform basic troubleshooting with engineers

- Proficient with hand/power tools, precision measuring tools, and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

- Willingness to travel after ~2 months of training; capable of standing 8-10 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs
