Skilled Laborer
We are seeking dependable and experienced Skilled Laborers to support a wide range of construction activities on both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and capable of performing physical tasks while assisting skilled trades and operating tools and equipment.
Responsibilities- Perform general labor duties on job sites, including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
- Assist carpenters, equipment operators, and other skilled trades as needed.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials per project specifications.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Follow blueprints, drawings, and supervisor instructions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards.
- Support concrete work, framing, demolition, or carpentry work as required.

Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction or skilled labor experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to take direction and work independently when needed.

Work EnvironmentThe work is primarily outdoors and requires the ability to work in various weather conditions, including rain or shine.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Biddeford, ME.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
