Day One is currently seeking one full‑time Direct Support Professional for our residential program.
The program serves high‑needs youth ages 13–18 with substance use disorders and mental health diagnoses.
This full‑time DSP position is 36 hours per week, consisting of three 12‑hour shifts. Must be willing to work at least one weekend day.
Starting pay range: $17.50 – $19 per hour with full‑time benefits.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise youth by role modeling and providing healthy relationships.
- Encourage skill building such as problem‑solving, coping, and life skills.
- Empower youth to recognize and develop a healthy decision‑making process.
* Bonus paid in 3 installments: 25% at 90 days, 50% at 12 months, and 25% at 18 months. Eligibility requires satisfactory performance evaluations at each interval.
