We're looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our management team and help lead our front-of-house operation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people, and believes that great hospitality starts with great relationships.

As Front of House Supervisor, you'll be a visible leader on the floor, inspiring the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences from the moment guests arrive until they leave.

• Supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of front-of-house operations
• Leading by example and creating a positive, energetic atmosphere
• Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential
• Ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently delivered
• Handling guest feedback with confidence and professionalism
• Supporting recruitment, training, and team engagement initiatives
• Driving sales through great product knowledge and guest interaction
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and compliance

You'll be passionate about hospitality and naturally bring people together. Whether you're an experienced supervisor or a talented team leader ready for the next step, you'll have:

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or premium pubs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A hands‑on approach and a willingness to lead from the front
• A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to remain calm and positive under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy seasonal periods
