Job Role:

Labourer/Traffic Marshal
Postcode: EX39, Bideford.

Start Date:

2nd March 2026

We need a Traffic Marshal but if any labourer is interested we can provide him the training course for Traffic Marshal.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Preparation & Maintenance:
Cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, loading/unloading materials, and preparing tools.
Vehicle Navigation:
Directing large vehicles, lorries, and cranes into and out of site areas, particularly in tight spaces.
Safety Monitoring:
Ensuring pedestrians, workers, and site visitors are kept safe from moving machinery.
Communication:
Using clear hand signals or two-way radios to guide drivers, especially when visibility is reduced.
Safety Compliance:
Adhering to site safety regulations, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

CSCS required.
UK RTW required.
Labouring experience
