Overview

Harbron Recruit LTD is seeking an experienced and reliable Skilled Labourer – Multi‑Trade to join a well‑established company delivering high‑specification building projects across the South West. The role is based in Torrington, Devon and offers a permanent position with consistent work on premium residential and commercial developments.

• Assist across a range of trades including general building, carpentry, groundwork, and finishing.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship on top‑spec projects.
• Support site teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean, safe, and organised.
• Interact professionally with clients and maintain a customer‑focused approach.

• Proven experience as a skilled labourer or multi‑trade operative.
• Ability to carry out a variety of construction tasks to a high standard.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Professional attitude and good communication skills.
• References required.
• CSCS card advantageous.
• Must have full PPE.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
