The SWATCH Group in Switzerland seeks a CRM leader to define the CRM roadmap, align it with brand objectives, and develop the global CRM strategy to drive acquisition, retention, reactivation, and loyalty.
You will ensure data governance, oversee end-to-end CRM projects, coordinate between business, retail, and IT, plan multi-channel campaigns with luxury storytelling, define segmentation, support boutiques, monitor KPIs, and lead a team of business and technical experts.
