Sie verantworten die Umsetzung der Leistungsziele, Weiterentwicklung des Pflegeteams und eine sichere, patientenorientierte Versorgung in der Stroke Unit, arbeiten eng mit Fachverantwortlichen zusammen und beteiligen sich an Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung.
