Spitalzentrum Biel sucht eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit für Controlling & Payroll HR (80-100%). Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für P&C-Controlling, Payroll, Sozialversicherungen und Zeitwirtschaft des Spitals sowie der Tochtergesellschaften.
Sie führen ein Team von 5–6 Fachexpertinnen und Fachexperten, entwickeln Kennzahlen und Reports und optimieren Prozesse im HR-Bereich. Sehr gute Deutsch- oder Französischkenntnisse (mind. B2) sind erforderlich.
