Premier Marine is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to drive process development, productivity gains, and new product launches for our pontoon boats.
You will lead design and validation of processes, fixture design, and automation initiatives. You will collaborate with design, production, materials and facilities teams to define process methods, conduct PFMEA, validate capabilities, and ensure safe, cost-effective manufacturing.
