Compensation: $100K - $140K+
We’re looking for a Senior New Product Introduction Engineer to lead new products from concept through production. This role partners across engineering, quality, and manufacturing to build scalable, high-quality processes.
Responsibilities- Drive product + process development from quote to production
- Partner with customers on manufacturability
- Develop machining processes, routing & BOMs
- Support PFMEA, validation, and first-run builds
- Design tooling, fixtures, and test plans
- CAD experience + strong Excel skills
- Background in regulated or precision manufacturing (ISO 13485 a plus)
